Unisan Direct BigCommerce Re-Design: Everything You Need to Know About the Unisan Direct BigCommerce Site Overhaul
Unisan Direct faced significant challenges with their stalled Magento site-build, which required extensive work to finish. They sought to alleviate these issues and improve their eCommerce platform by migrating to BigCommerce.
The primary goals were to create a custom BigCommerce theme using BigCommerce Stencil technology, add B2B capabilities with BigCommerce Integrated Bundle B2B, and ensure the site was mobile-friendly with responsive design. Additionally, SEO and UX improvements were part of the project.
Custom templates and pages include the Home page, Category Templates, Product Template, My Account, Contact Us, About Us, and Blog pages.
Services provided included Art Direction/Web Design, UI Design, UX Design, BigCommerce Development, BigCommerce Integrations, BigCommerce Data Migrations, and a BigCommerce SEO Audit & Transition.
Integrations added include BigCommerce Stencil, Avalara Tax, Rewind Backups, Searchanise, Shipper HQ, BundleB2B, and ShipStation.
The redesign focused on creating a consistent theme throughout the site, highlighting Unisan’s main colors of blue and green. It featured specific industries and familiar brands to help prospective clients easily navigate the site, improving user experience and visual appeal.
